Survey of coffee shops in Asheville
We're going to survey coffee brewing standards in Asheville coffee shops. There needs to be some accountability for the dreck being served around here. If a shop will let us, we'll do an actual brew analysis -- they'll get the results at no charge of course -- but at the least we'll measure the strength of brewed coffee being served, with our best guess estimate of extraction from what we're told about brewing methods and the amounts of coffee and water used.
