Shipping and handling information

We pay shipping charges for commercial (resale) accounts, and add a shipping and handling charge based on the total value of your order for personal (retail) accounts.  That amount is a minimum of $5.95 for orders less than $30.00 up to a maximum of $11.95 for orders less than $100.00. Orders over $100.00 ship free. For example, one 1kg or up to three 500g bags would be $5.95, one 2.5kg bag or two 1kg bags would be $7.95, and two 2.5kg bags or five 1kg bags would be $11.95.

We have gone back to FedEx Ground as our standard shipping method, though we will continue to use US Priority mail if it's faster and/or cheaper or if you request that method. Rates subject to change without notice or mistakes in arithmetic.

The chart below shows FedEx transit times for ground shipments from Asheville, NC. We normally use Priority Mail to the four-day and greater regions on the chart since it's faster, and we may use Priority to closer areas where FedEx adds excessive surcharges for residential and/or remote deliveries. Priority is the only practical method to Military (FPO/APO) addresses and to US Territories.
