Have you noticed that there are a lot of local roasters selling their coffees as organic? I wasn't aware they were all certified by USDA. Ric Goodman, who roasts and sells coffee from his Leicester operation, certainly is USDA certified. Next time you see "organic" on a local coffee bag, be sure to ask the roaster about his USDA certification.
