How to order coffee |
|
It's easy to order from Mountain City -- there are four ways to
do it: |
| 1. By email, roastmaster@mountaincity.com
. This is the best way to order. It's not only
helpful if you put
"Coffee order" in the subject line, but it's essential to not
getting your email deleted with all the spam. Email is checked frequently throughout the day, and a
confirming reply can be sent quickly. |
| 2. By phone,
call 828.667.0869 (toll-free 888.730.0869). If you get the
answering machine (now known as voice mail), please leave your order and
whether you'd like a return call to confirm. |
| 3. Use the order
form on this site. Fill in the boxes and click the Submit
button. If all works as planned, this will send your order by
email. Be sure to include your email address so we can confirm
your order.

| 4. By US
Mail, address here. If you send an
order with a payment, please mark the envelope Order Enclosed.
Payments sometimes aren't processed for a few days, so it may delay
filling your order. |
| 5. By FAX. Sorry, we no
longer have one.

How to pay for it |
For the moment at
least, we do not
accept credit cards. Credit cards are certainly a convenience when buying on line,
but an additional expense for us which would eventually be passed on in
higher prices. If you would like to be able to order and pay online
with a credit card, please let us know. Another
possibility is PayPal. If I can figure out how to accept PayPal
payments without your having to sign-up for a PayPal account -- a
process that's free but annoying -- I will do it. Any interest in
PayPal?? |
| Our normal terms are Net 10 days
from the date of your order. If you're a new business, the first
order is COD. Once an account is established, you'll receive an
invoice with the coffee. Statements are not routinely sent out, so
please pay from the invoice. |
| Sales tax |
| If you are located in North
Carolina and are buying coffee or other products for resale, please fill
out the NC Department of Revenue Form E-595E (which replaces the old
E-590) and mail or email us a copy. Without this form on file, we will have to collect
sales tax on all sales to you.
